We are a well-established Event Management company involved in a variety of Event projects. We are looking to recruit a event manager to support the financial and contractual aspects of our operations. The role covers both site-based event and food serving-related works, from early planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare cost estimates, event and precast projects.
· Issue tender documents and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
· Monitor project costs and manage variations and changes as they arise.
· Conduct regular site visits to track progress and support cost control.
· Handle contract administration, including valuations, claims, and payments.
· Support procurement processes and manage accounts.
· Plan, organize, and execute various types of events (corporate, social, promotional)
Coordinate all event logistics including venue, decoration, catering, and technical setup
Requirements:
· Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, event Management or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Event Management industry.
· Familiarity with local event management methods
· Proficient in Excel and general office software.
· Comfortable communicating in both Maltese and English.
