We are a well-established Event Management company involved in a variety of corporate and social events. We are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated waiters/waitresses to support our food service operations during events. The role involves both on-site event service and customer interaction, ensuring a high standard of hospitality from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations before events
Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas
Assist in food preparation and coordinate with kitchen staff when required
Take guest orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Support team members to ensure smooth event operations
Clear tables and maintain a tidy environment during and after events
Assist in packing and organizing equipment after event completion Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
